  1. BE ON TIME

Our main strength is teamwork; therefore, we need each member to be on time, arriving at different times allows for miscommunications, not being on the same page as your peers, and not being prepared for the day.  Those who are on time are also considered reliable and worthy of being considered a business partner, and at the end of the day we are all here for one main reason-management, so let’s work together.  Being late shows that you believe your time is more valuable than everyone else’s.

  1. BE PREPARED

Each day in business should be thought out and planned for ahead of time. Be prepared mentally to play the game each and every day to win! Have your impact prepared if you set the pace the previous day, have an idea of what lessons you need to teach and/or learn.  Don’t wait to find “things to do,” that’s mental laziness.

  1. WORK YOUR FULL 8 HOURS

Manage your time throughout the entire day in AM atmosphere, the field, and PM atmosphere.  Don’t be a professional “hanger outer,” our job is to get with others, be motivated and productive in order to help others we must be on top of our situation.  For AM atmosphere your focus should be on teaching. For PM atmosphere you should have your gauges and set conversations to cover.  Set plan for next day.  Have a sense of urgency with everything you do, keep it fun!

  1. WORK YOUR TERRITORY CORRECTLY
