*Always spend time with people that motivate you.

*Always spend time with people that are eager to learn.

*Always spend time with people that are honest and sincere.

*Always spend time with individuals who want and need your help.

In order to learn how to build a solid relationship, you must first show how much you care.  You will gain respect if you can show a sincere interest in their success and not just your own.

Most basic things to build a solid relationship:

*Show up for Team Day - Don’t just promote them

*Retrains

*Help set goals

*Spend time with your team

*Dinners and extracurricular activities

*Meet their family

You must also remember that relationships are built around common goals, so definitely include your team members in the game plan.
