The 15/15 sales will start from when their ID badge arrives and is active. The day that a new person goes solo we should have a conversation to ensure they are ready to go solo and also to confirm if they want to opt in to the 15/15 and make sure they understand the expectations.

The expectations are:

• £1,800 guaranteed for their first 4 weeks

Criteria to qualify:

• Must work minimum of 5 days per week (20 total days worked over the 4 weeks)
• Must generate at least 15 regular giving gross sign ups under their own ID
• Must still be working at Kaizen360 when the 30 days is up

Payment Details:

• Commissions will be paid out weekly as usual - two weeks arrears
• Then at the end of the four weeks - we will top up to £1,800
• If the ISA does not meet the 30 gross sign ups then they will still be paid commissions for any sign ups they generated

End of 30/30

• At the end of the 30/30 the goal is that the new ISA should be so confident in their abilities that they can crush it on the commission only model
