Call to say congrats! Set them up for their induction. Remind them to complete the steps in the welcome email, particularly to upload their doc’s to Pre Flight and fill out the Cognito form. Pre-empt it being hard to find the office so to use notion to help

Day before Day 1 Office:

Text in morning: Hey NAME, we’re really looking forward to meeting you tomorrow. I’ll give you a call today to make sure you’re all set to go, what’s a good time for you? Let me know 😃 YOUR NAME

Call at the time they say (gives you creditability if you do what you say you’re going to do) - build relationship, rehash the details for training in the morning; time, how to find us (Welcome Hub), make sure to complete the onboarding steps in the welcome email, what to bring. Go over any questions they have, leave them on a high and say we’re excited to meet them tomorrow

Goal of this call is to be a friendly voice to reassure them and make sure they’re set for training
