Our goal as leaders should be to create an atmosphere that cultivates good working habits, generates enthusiasm, sets a positive tone, and encourages personal growth. There are a few basic things that you can do to create atmosphere.

- ACTION is the simplest and easiest way to create atmosphere. You do this by getting a new person involved with the office. Here are a few things you can have them do:
- Clean/Organise
- Putting away maps/Checking them in
- Tablets/Merchandise
- Handing out/ Collecting ID badges
- TEACHING is one of the most constructive ways to create atmosphere. This gives the new person valuable lessons they need to succeed. This also allows you as a leader to get practice impacting.
- PROMOTING is something that every leader can use as a way of motivating people and opening their eyes to possibilities. There are many things that you can promote. The key is to promote everything in a positive and enthusiastic manner. Your goals, cash daily, performance based, new campaigns, road trips, travel, other people, their trainer.
- DESTROYING NEGATIVES is a leader’s best way of maintaining a positive atmosphere. You must always be aware of people who are a negative to your atmosphere. The best two ways of destroying negatives are: turning the negative into a positive, and just getting rid of the negative!!! Never avoid or ignore a negative – they will not just disappear.
- SETTING THE PACE is the most effective way of creative atmosphere. If you are consistent in the field and making money you will be a major contributor to atmosphere.
Creating atmosphere takes time and practice.
