My role today share my experience working with Kaizen360, answer any questions that you might and and finally build a recommendation around your suitability for the role.

The recommendation will be based on three things:

Your attitude - your engagement in the interview and how you react to things that come up

Your student mentality - Quality and quantity of the questions your ask

Your work ethic - The amount of notes you’re taking

Now this recommendation will determine if you get through to the final stage of the interview process this afternoon on zoom.

It’s important that you understand that I can’t offer you a position, all I can help build a recommendation for you to get in to the final round.

So it’s really important that we work together to build the best recommendation possible to help separate you from all the other candidates that are on this interview.

I can’t guarantee that you will get in to the final round but I certainly deny one based on what we see, so its important we work together today because you need to impress the managers but also separate you from all the other candidates too!

Now given the speed at which we need to grow for our clients, quite often when the management team are presented with two candidates who have the same skills and experience, quite often they will be forced to go with the person who can start the soonest. That being said, when would you be available to being working?

ASAP – Confirm that this would mean as soon as tomorrow for the managers.

Delayed start date – We have many candidates to consider for these roles and as I said, the managers will sometimes have to go with candidates who are available soonest. If there any flexibility in that?
