Mentality towards recruiting/retention

• You have to believe in what you do and that you have the best opportunity in town.
• You are recruiting to build a business, not just a team to qualify for a promotion.
• Nobody is ever too qualified.
• The goal is to recruit and attract top talent NOT to sell the opportunity.

Introduction: The set up

• The set-up is where the Owner will introduce you to the individual you are training.
• You only get one chance to make a good first impression.
• Make sure your image is on point and greet your retrain with a firm handshake and SEE factors.
• Make sure to maintain SEE factors and congratulate the New Start once set up, take control immediately and guide them to atmosphere.
• Use the set up to help you establish a relationship

How to explain atmosphere:

Atmosphere is where our training takes place in the office

We try to create a relaxed fun environment to help the learning process

Practice the 5 steps /sales process (Practice before the game)

We run sales training “Impacts” to learn from the top producers

The Owner/AO will run a morning meeting to give recognition to the ISA’s who are doing well, announcements and educate on mentality, perspective, motivation and understanding of the industry

The walk to the station:

The walk to the station is a critical part of the 1st day retrain, if done correctly it will enable you to stay in control, answer any questions, and pre-empt issues that may occur through the day.
